The allergy question
A safety question the assistant refuses to guess at — the disclaimer in full, then a transfer attempt with no promise attached.

What this one is the clearest example of.
The moment, held still
An allergy and cross-contact question is different in kind from an ordinary menu question, and the call treats it that way immediately. No guess, no reassurance, no “should be fine.” What the restaurant publishes can be shared, attributed as exactly that — and the guarantee the caller actually asked for is routed to a person, because no menu label and no AI answer can honestly make it.
The handoff itself is framed honestly: an attempt that may not succeed, with the caller told plainly when a person has actually joined. Declining to guess is not declining to help — the question reaches someone who can answer it safely, on the same call.
What would change with a different caller
If no one had picked up the handoff, the call would say so plainly — the transfer did not connect, no person received it — and offer the honest alternatives: a callback logged for the manager on duty, or the restaurant's direct number.
If the caller had decided to order anyway, the order itself could proceed — but the safety question underneath it stays exactly as unresolved as it was. Placing an order never retroactively answers a question nobody confirmed.
A TRANSCRIPT SHOWS ONE PATH THROUGH A CALL. THE RIGHT COLUMN STATES THE RANGE AROUND IT — NOT LEFT FOR YOU TO GUESS.
Each remaining specimen shows something this one doesn’t.
The correction
An order that changes shape mid-call — the removal named out loud, the whole order rebuilt, and nothing pressed before the yes.
OPEN →SPECIMEN Nº 03 · A CALLBACKThe caller who asks for a person
A straight ask for a human — an honest transfer attempt, an honest miss, and a callback logged instead of a promise.
OPEN →SPECIMEN Nº 04 · AN ORDERThe dropped call, resumed
The line drops mid-order. The draft holds, nothing sends twice, and the call picks up where it actually was.
OPEN →SPECIMEN Nº 05 · A QUESTION ANSWEREDThe question-only call
No order at either end of it — a question asked, answered from what the restaurant publishes, and a clean close.

A specimen shows the mechanism. The next honest step is your own menu, your own hours, your own phone — set up yourself at signup, or with a person at access, heard by you either way.
